Ski and Snowboard Championships 2020

Ski and snowboard On February 10, 2020 37 enthusiastic GIBS-athletes took up the long journey by bus to the picturesque landscape of “Gaal” in Western Styria to compete at the annual skiing championships. Despite the rather cold and snowy weather and icy slope conditions, GIBS’ skiers and snowboarders had a blast. After performing outrageously in the race, seemingly flying over the snow, the best was yet to come: the well renowned prize ceremony at the end of the day. Here, our motivated athletes could take home numerous trophies and medals, while – as every year – the crowd could indulge in hilarious jokes by the moderator from Antenne Steiermark. “GIBS das?”
