Bicycle Re-envisioned

Inspired by a comparable fabrication encountered in the charming village of Venzone, Italy, Principal Edda Berger-Cian asked me as our Resident Artist if we could make something similar as a kind of upcycling project installation.

This version utilizes over 90% re-purposed and refurbished parts, with the vintage bicycle actually providing the diagonal static support that stabilizes the entire table.

Y4 girls helped out before they began painting their own upcycling palette-bench project with Ms Rauch.
