Checkmates

Four GIBS students took top honors at the Austrian National Championship for Chess in St. Veit an der Glan.

Katharina Katter (4b) and Marlene Katter (2a) both won the girls’ title for their respective age groups, with Vu Tran Tue Anh (2c) winning second place in hers.  Daniel Kristoferitsch (5c) also won the championship in his age group.
