Halloween @ GIBS

On Thursday, October 20th, the first-grade students disappeared. In their stead, bats, fortune-tellers, monsters, witches, and other creatures appeared to participate in the annual GIBS Halloween party. Everybody had a blast and there were tons of activities abound: the students carved pumpkins into beautiful Jack O’Lanterns, danced to Michael Jackson’s Ghosts, shook hands with Frankenstein’s monster in the haunted house, played games like ghost bowing and Halloween Twister, and even recited poems to earn treats. We all had a simply thrilling time and already can’t wait for next year’s party!
