Laufwunder 2019

On May 21 2019 many students of GIBS were running lap after lap as part of the Caritas project Laufwunder 2019 and got active for a good cause. This year, our athletes support a project in Burundi, where all donations go to housing and education for orphans.

The total distance run by our students was an amazing 547 laps at 500 m each – that’s the distance from Graz to Budapest or almost the driving distance from Graz to Trieste.

The Laufwunder 2019 was a great success thanks to the great number of incredibly motivated students and a great amount of fun!

We would like to thank all participants and donators for having supported this year’s amazing project, as the Laufwunder has become a great tradition for GIBS.
