TnT – Classical Music Dynamite
Recently graduated GIBS student and cellist Tara Stranegger along with Norwegian violinist/violist Theodor Normann Eide made a surprise visit to classes 6b and 1b on Monday, January 9th. Students in 6b got a peek into understanding the intricacies of the demands and dedication required in learning to play classical music at a professional level. Tara and Theodor demonstrated not only their advanced technical playing, but also their love and passion in every aspect of learning their instrument. Class 1c were able to listen to all three instruments and ask many questions about the life of a musician, as well as Tara’s early experiences at GIBS as a lower school student. It was a musical and informative experience for all!
